The Ontological War

I’m going to start posting again. Many important and controversial subjects are ontological at their foundation, and since no one else seems to be discussing these subjects from an ontological perspective I’ve decided I should.

Part of the reason for my not posting is that I keep thinking that I should explain in detail everything that leads up to an ontological idea or emotion, and just thinking about that wears me out. Most ontological ideas aren’t complicated, but they are a part of a long progression of ideas, and it can take a lot of thought and organizing to explain them completely. I liked doing that organizing for Being and Life, but I don’t want to do it for blog posts. Eventually I’ll try to fill in all the pieces, but for now some ontological ideas will be discussed without explain all the reasons some people believe them or experience them.

One thing I am going to do is have links to earlier posts and to the glossary, to make it a little easier for newbies to this site.
